C.L.O.M.E.A. has been committed for over forty years to the production of machines and equipements for metal profile.
We have unified into a single production company the commercial Company "TRE C".
C.L.O.M.E.A. has increased the technical efforts to design and produce machines more competitive and technologically efficient, expanding the range of our machines with a new models, suitable for the different fields of application and optimized funtions and performance of existing ones.
In our production we have machines of low, average and height with single pinch roll or the two movable bender rollers. All of them with three driving shafts and reversible for the horizontal or vertical bending work.
They can be supplied of different levels of controls; from the basic version with a visualized console, with programmable position of the movable roller up to the innovative control unit model CNW333. It works with the operative system WINDOWS XP Pro. enable to manage the bending cycle in one step and it's able to control up to 12 axes and program curves up to 36 radii on the same bar and to work in automatic multi-passage cycle. The controls is able to import DXF files, network connection to PC for exchange data and file storage further the network connection for remote assistance.
Particular attention was dedicated to the additional bending test and equipment to respond to most complex projects of curvatures.
The experience gained over many years of activity allows us to respond with certainty to the various demands in the area of deformation offering the appropriate solutions.
