Producers exhibiting at the event have until then to submit their list of trade professionals they wish to invite to the Fair
The deadline for producers exhibiting at the Fair to submit their list of guests to the International Buyers Program of FRUIT ATTRACTION, organised by the Fair in conjunction with the Madrid Chamber of Commerce, is 27 July. The exhibitors themselves select the professionals with the greatest potential for their businesses to attend FRUIT ATTRACTION, held in Madrid from 24 to 26 October.
The International Buyers Program is one of the initiatives exhibitors appreciate most. This year the limit on professionals attending has been increased to over 600. Participants in the initiative are mainly professionals in the purchasing and distribution chain around the world with strong decision-making capacity and bargaining strength at the Fair. This initiative is therefore one of the most efficient tools for maximising companies’ returns on participating in FRUIT ATTRACTION.
Everything to boost business
For Fair organisers to send out the invitations, exhibitors have until 27 July to submit their lists. After this date, there is no guarantee that there will be enough time to handle the travel arrangements (visas, tickets, etc) of non-European Union professionals. Invitations will be confidential, personalised and will be sent on behalf of the exhibiting company. Once accepted, FRUIT ATTRACTION will be responsible for handling transportation and paying lodging expenses, as well as organising the professionals’ agendas. Guests will have access to the VIP working area, which is fully equipped to handle all their commercial transactions.
