The EXHIBITORS' AREA is an exclusive communication channel for IFEMA exhibitors, which has been designed to make it easier and quicker to take part in the fair and to enhance the participation experience.

If you are an exhibitor, go to the EXHIBITORS' AREA, using your username and password.

The services that IFEMA offers exhibitors are included in our Catalogue of Services, and can be purchased by going to the Exhibitors' Area.

If you purchase services through the Exhibitors' Area, you will receive a 15% discount on the prices shown in the Catalogue of Services.
In addition, you can purchase such services up to the day before assembly gets underway, withoutthe 25% surcharge applied to last-minute service purchases. (Does not include minimum mandatory services, external advertising, meeting rooms and fair payment terminal, nor the free design service or specific fair services such as exhibitor passes, etc.)
