Rules on Participation

Introduction

In order to participate as an Exhibitor at an IFEMA fair you must accept IFEMA's participation regulations. These must be complied with both by Exhibitors and by any contracted or subcontracted companies working with them, and by all companies working or providing services for Exhibitors on IFEMA fair premises.

In accordance with the previous requirement, Exhibitors must provide all companies working with them with these regulations.

Regulations

The IFEMA General Rules of Participation -6th edition- includes the contractual conditions and a set of technical regulations with their annexes.

The regulations for rigging structures in halls are also supplied, along with the forms for exhibiting companies to order their services requirements, or those of their assembly/ decoration firms.

Lastly, a table showing the costs for services is also provided.
