Additional hours are those that take place between 9:30 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. Ask for rates.
A 10% discount will be applied when using 2 or more joined rooms.
Rates for rooms will increase by 50% on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Assembly and dismantling days will be charged at 50% for rooms and halls used for meetings and at 25% for halls for exhibitions.
When rooms stay set up during event days when the room is not in use they will be charged at the rate for assembly/dismantling.
Layout changes to rooms, once assembly has begun, will be subject to a surcharge of 30% of the price for the room.
The use of audiovisual equipment installed in the rooms is not included in room rental rates.
Hall meeting rates include: the hall´s own lighting, air conditioning during the event and electricity consumption of up to 100 kw (when the hall is used in full).

Prices for a range of complementary services (hostesses, door staff, security staff, cloakrooms) will be provided on request.
There are two authorised companies for providing catering services. Almost all rooms may be used for catering services at special rates. Please ask for details.
