General Conditions

  • Additional hours are those that take place between 9:30 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. Ask for rates.
  • A 10% discount will be applied when using 2 or more joined rooms.
  • Rates for rooms will increase by 50% on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
  • Assembly and dismantling days will be charged at 50% for rooms and halls used for meetings and at 25% for halls for exhibitions.
  • When rooms stay set up during event days when the room is not in use they will be charged at the rate for assembly/dismantling.
  • Layout changes to rooms, once assembly has begun, will be subject to a surcharge of 30% of the price for the room.
  • The use of audiovisual equipment installed in the rooms is not included in room rental rates.
  • Hall meeting rates include: the hall´s own lighting, air conditioning during the event and electricity consumption of up to 100 kw (when the hall is used in full).
  • Please view services included in hall exhibition rates.
  • Prices for a range of complementary services (hostesses, door staff, security staff, cloakrooms) will be provided on request.
  • There are two authorised companies for providing catering services. Almost all rooms may be used for catering services at special rates. Please ask for details.
